Return and exchange

A consumer has the right to exchange/return the order 14 days from the receipt of order confirmation (cf. the Right of Cancellation Act). This applies to normally sold goods and sales goods, ordered through

When returning or exchanging an item, please ensure that your items are returned new, unused and in their original packaging with WILD WOOL tags still attached. We will not exchange/return items that have been used or washed. Returns that do not meet our guidelines will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. The shipping cost is not refunded when an item is returned/exchanged.

If a customer wishes to exchange/return an order, please send an email to: as soon as possible. In this way, WILD WOOL can keep the item that the customer wants to exchange for.

Please include the following in the email :

  • order number
  • item you wish to exchange/return
  • reason for exchange/return
  • which item you wish to receive in exchange

When exchanging/returning an order, please complete the " Cancellation form for the purchase of goods and services that are not financial services " that came with the original order, and send the item(s) to be exchanged/returned to the following address:

The customer must pay for shipping when exchanging/returning.

WILD WOOL will handle exchanges/returns as quickly as possible. Normally this will be within 5 working days. In special cases, it can take up to 10 working days before we receive an exchange/return. Shipping costs and/or freight are not refunded.
